RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
The seasonality of our business requires us to adhere to a strict cancellation and deposit policy. We require a 50% deposit per guide, per day to guarantee your reservation. The balance of your trip is due 14 days prior to your trip date. We use Venmo or a mailed check for your deposit to book your trip unless you have made prior arrangements to use a different payment method. Trips booked within 14 days of your fishing date require full payment at time of booking.
Deposits will be refunded in their entirety for cancellations made 30 days prior to your reservation date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 30 days advance notice. Payments on trips that are canceled with less than 14 day’s advance notice are not refundable. If your schedule changes, rebooking a reserved trip date within the same calendar year is sometimes possible.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made using cash, check, Venmo or travelers checks. All payments are due in full by the final day of your trip.
